Teaching experience

I aim to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences—whether I am teaching curious undergraduates or seasoned mental health professionals. As a lifelong learner myself, I believe teaching is most powerful when it is collaborative, dynamic, and grounded in real-world application.

About

At the College of the Holy Cross, and as a guest lecturer at colleges across the country, I introduce students to key concepts in clinical psychology and research methods, and encourage them to make meaningful connections between theory and practice. My goal is to spark curiosity, challenge assumptions, and support learners at every stage of their journey. Beyond the classroom, I offer workshops and one-on-one consultations in areas such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

It has been a privilege to share my expertise with the Psychiatry Academy at Massachusetts General Hospital, the Massachusetts Psychological Association, and a variety of private practices and specialty clinics. A selection of my courses and workshops are below, and a full list can be found on my resumé.
